CurrentAs a Partner in the Business Group at Ice Miller, I represent a wide range of clients in a variety of M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. I have represented buyers, sellers, management teams and various other constituencies in transactions ranging in total deal value from a few million dollars to more than $400 million. I am a dedicated and responsive professional who seeks to deliver sound legal advice in a timely, practical, real-world manner so that the decision makers at our clients can make informed decisions and focus on driving the success of their businesses. Outside of the office, I enjoy baseball, fishing, sporting clays, cooking, and, most importantly, spending time with my wife and two young children.
