I am currently employed as an Operations Manager for a Powered Gate company, my role includes day to day running of the business with close contact and communication with all customers, as well as but not limited to: • Day to day office management • Leading a team of engineers to respond to call outs as well as pre-planned installations & Maintenance visits • Site & Home visit to carry out assessments for quoting purposes and work sign off. • Keeping all staff appraised of health & safety regulations, Training & development. • Liaising with customers and delivering a high standard of work to exceed their expectations within agreed time limits and budget. • Chairing Monthly tool box meetings to discuss all issues pertaining to day to day running of the business & Ideas on how to improve service + staff morale • Recording of all work orders and product information on a salesforce & Workforce system• Setting up new preventative maintenance contracts• Recording accurate timings and dates for invoicing purposes• Collating all staff holidays • Staff probation reviews • Investigating reporting • Fleet management including fuel consumption analysis• 24hr on call response Key I.T Skills Currently include: • Team Management • Team Leader• Health & Safety • Training & Development • Communication Skills • KPI & SLA Reporting • Office Management • Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint and multiple systems)
