I am a Civil Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in structural/bridge, transportation, civil, and marine engineering. I started my career with O’Halloran Campbell Consultants Limited, from 1994 to 2002. I then spent more than 10 years with Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructural Renewal, where I progressed from Bridge Design Engineer, to Bridge Maintenance Engineer in 2006, and then to Manager of Structural Engineering in 2009. I left the public sector in December 2012 to join CBCL Limited as a Senior Structural Engineer.I am an accomplished and experienced engineering professional, known for being organized, dynamic, team oriented and performance driven. I have a good balance of structural/bridge design and the practical side of site inspection, condition assessment and contract administration. I have extensive structural/bridge engineering experience and select strengths that include budgeting, planning, design and implementation.
