I find both the new business and existing business generation very fulfilling.I have experience selling and dealing with many levels of the business chain from business owners, store managers and end users. I can and do deal with designers, builders and stakeholders. At the centre of it all is a customer first attitude and how to best make the customer experience seamless and as stress-free as possible.Further to the above, I am self driven and customer service focused with an extensive exposure and experience in a number of industries and business practices. I have Retail and commercial furniture business experience. With a background of over 25 years in customer service, management and value engineering businesses, I am capable of dealing with any situation that may occur in a timely and professional manner. I can communicate across many levels of business and have also managed staff, coached, developed and coordinated teams, individuals and culture to improve results.I am meticulous and determined to get the best outcome for my client and their business whilst making sure all projects are started and finished as projected.
