Work/Focus on supporting various Agile Workstreams:Modernization & management of the Supplier Recovery Dashboard.Creation of Support Tools for the Dashboard (PowerApp that is used to feed the SharePoint that supports the dashboard).Using and Finding unique ways of using the Ford LLM & Microsoft Co-Pilot to perform Automation, Generate Images, Create & Structure Alteryx Workflows.Development of an Updated Budget Process, and files for the standalone Stamping Plants. Supporting the greater Manufacturing Team with creating and managing changes and file improvements to our Budget Files that are used in the "Should Cost" Budget Process.(Former Duties)Day to day includes weekly consolidation of the weekly cost savings target progression, and preparation of the presented charts for the weekly war rooms (which is attended by the CEO & CFO on a monthly basis). Consolidation of the monthly Forecast, and investigation of the variances vs budget and prior forecast.Presenting monthly Cost information to the director of manufacturing.Preparation of ad hoc assignments to help drive the business.

In an effort to provide aid to our Plant team in need:Coordinating meetings with the Launch team to collect actuals and report out the teams budget performance. Created a method of tab improvements in the excel file in order to better summarize the information for everyone onsite to see. Creation of an Alteryx workflow to support the weekly management of the WAVE Tool which manages the cost save projects that were created and managed by the operations teams. Temporarily running the Weekly Cost Package for use in the teams weekly cost meetings. Process improvement for the C-Crew Man Power File for the management of the teams current on-roll working headcount for that day. Adhoc Work requests (such as pulling Weekly/Daily Scrap information) in order to help support the Operations team.

CFP Year 3 (Final):Successfully managed an operating team helping lead the vehicle from the 3rd Key milestone to Project Approval (resulting in a final Avg Vehicle EBIT above segment guideline and updated stretch target requested by leadership). Running and Interpreting Business Cases for the operating team to help drive the best decisions for the vehicle refresh. Managing the weekly cost changes of the program, & managing the Risks and Opportunities for the program.

CFP Year 2:- Managed Large Excel file for outstanding Liabilities and Purchase Obligations within IT Finance.- Eliminated complexity driven by work required by accounting system "Tririga" by moving highly process oriented work load over to GBS team in India to allow more time to support other team members. -Quarterly Presentation of Current Liabilities and Purchase Obligations List to both People Leader (Manager) and IT Finance Controller.

CFP Year 1 - EPE - Managed multiple component BOM's for the Electric Powertrain on various Vehicles (21MY FHEV F150, 22MY F150 Lightning, 24MY F150 Lightning).- Aided in completing milestones for 3 different vehicles at a component level- Presented Financial Information to Engineering Supervisors/Managers for Approvals in Various Forums.
