Stephen was invited to join Hoi An South Development Ltd (HASD) as Chief Development Officer to bring a long term vision to the ongoing development of Hoiana - Vietnam's largest gaming driven development. The Hoiana development encompasses 950ha of casino, golf courses, resort and hotels including over 300ha of residential development land.Major achievements include: * Complete revision of the 1:2000 master plan integrated with local district 1:5000 urban development plans * Commence revised Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) - an outcome of the revised 1:2000 to provide a commitment and strategic plan to the national government to apply investment of US$4BN in 5 phases over 10 years. * Cost of Production (of sellable development land) - and audit of gross to net development land and distribution of fixed overhead costs to determine the cost to HASD of land for sale. * Development packages - preparation of numerous development packages - concept design, detailed feasibility modelling (including cost planning, revenue projections and development programming) to demonstrate investor KPI's * Development Marketing - identify investors and present development opportunities - negotiate investment terms within domestic and off-shore structures.Covid had a very profound effect on Hoiana, especially those parts of the business that relied on foreign tourism.

Stephen is responsible for the operations and overall business of the Vietnamese real estate development company, Bitexco JSC. Bitexco is one of the preeminent real estate development companies in Vietnam, more well known for iconic developments rather than a poliferation of developments.Our main activity at this time is to develop The Manor Central Park, a new urban township in western Hanoi. The total site is 89ha, the development comprises about 2.0million sqm of GFA being 1,050 homes, 17 x high rise residential towers, a retail mall and various recreational facilities. The development centre piece is a 6.6ha central park. The Manor Central park adjoins the new 100ha Chu Van An Memorial Park.
