I was a member of Senior Management Team and responsible for all Housing Management, support and leasehold services to residents of a 21,000 home ALMO in Leeds. Managed a revenue budget of over £5m and led a team of over 100 staff through merger, re-organisation and Audit Commission Inspection.

Head of Tenant Services 2003-2007 - Exec level role leading delivery of services to tenants, including Repairs, Income Mgt, ASB, Customer Service and Tenancy Management.
