Drilling Responsibilities- Well planning, estimate costs, write AFEs, prepare bid packages, solicit bids, review drilling contracts- Stake & design location pads, frac ponds, battery pads, flow line routes- Write prognoses, determine casing design, shoe depths, cement volumes, float equip, mud programs, O.H. logging - Coordinate & supervise operations on and off siteCompletion Engineering- Interpret logs & design pump & perforation schedules (geometric design for HZ wells)- Bid and award frac jobs, set up locations & personally called 54 frac jobs- Onsite supervise all HZ drill outs (utilized stick pipe 83% of the time & 100% stick pipe on vertical wells) - Bid & order all facilities, size & order all centrifugal transfer pumps, triplex pumps, SWD poly lines- Complete W-2s, manage Frac Focus, complete wellbore diagramsProduction Engineering- Design artificial lift (primarily rod pumps with limited ESPs)- Facilitate chemical program- Design acid jobs, write prognoses & supervise operations- Monitor wells with fluid levels & dynamometers, consistently slow units to mitigate failures as pump-off occursGeneral Responsibilities- Submit W-3As & W-3s, write P&A prognoses & onsite supervise P&A operations- Review/approve all invoicing pertinent to operations- Monitor incoming/outgoing inventory from pipe yard to credit/charge appropriate party - Maintain great relationship with TRRC
