Trauma Crash reconstructionist

I'm currently working for the police departments Traffic Enforcement Unit. I enforce traffic laws and investigate traffic crashes to include property damage, personnel injury and all fatalities within the city limits. I have completed the Traffic Crash Reconstruction program to include pedestrian/bicycle crash investigation, motorcycle crash investigation, and commercial motor vehicle crash investigation (Level 1). I am certified to use FARO 3D Scanner and software, as well as ARAS 360 software. I have investigated over 2000 traffic crashes involving property damage, personal injury or fatalities over my 12 year career. I have worked on or been lead investigator of 20 serious injury or death investigations to include limited and full reconstructions in the past 4 years. In February 2017 I was recognized as an Expert Witness for general traffic crash reconstruction in North Carolina.

Assisted with development and programming ProEngineer 3D solid Modeling software to streamline the engineering process. Worked in the product development department as the Lead Design Engineer on new products to include textile and food processing. Responsible for evaluation and implementation of advance design software (ProEngineer 3D Solid Modeling). Assisted with programming software to expedite the design process; incorporated company standards into the new software; design and implementation of new drawing processes within the new programs. Assisted the Project Engineers with specialized steam, water, and gas systems and piping. Maintained the standards for all heating, cooling, sprinkler, and water atomizing systems for the engineering department.

I worked as a Forward Observer, operating with infantry and armor divisions providing indirect artillery fire on enemy targets. I spent 2 years in Kirchgoens W. Germany and 1 1/2 years in Ft. Benning GA.
