I have worked for Thomson Reuters in a technical capacity since 1991 starting as a Field Service Engineer and aspiring to Regional Technical Manager for East Mediterranean & North Africa, responsible for 9 countries. In 2000 I moved to Learning, becoming more involved in the technical aspect of our products. I have since developed content and delivered technical training to the majority of Thomson Reuters support staff in some form or other, from Basic 1st level Customer Support to 3rd level Solution Services, covering most products. I am currently the lead trainer for all Enterprise Platform products.As Senior Learning Consultant, my role involves analysis, design, development and delivery of learning solutions for Thomson Reuters Enterprise Products. Solutions are delivered to best-practice industry standards and based on business requirements thus ensuring commercial objectives are achieved. My role is to ensure that Global Services and Support staff acquire the learning & development necessary to perform their roles.Specialties: Lead Trainer on the following products:• ELEKTRON• Enterprise Platform for Real Time (Previously RMDS)• Datafeeds (RDF, RWS, RDF-D, RMCD, 3rd party feeds)Other product training delivered:• DTS/ATS, DCS/OCS, Marketlink, RMS (Previously HAWK), DACS• TIB MDS, TIB Mercury FX, TIB Mercury EQ• Reuters 3000Xtra • Reuters Dealing 3000 / Matching
