• Ensures full delivery of volume targets (shipment and depletion) • Drive availability, right pricing as well as visibility of my brands across the territory.• Ensures capability development of my team (Van sales reps, Open market sales executive and Bike sales representative) through weekly coaching/training using the GROW model to identify gaps and improve performance.• Ensure effective and accurate use of Sales Force Automation device and its back office analytics to generate insight for commercial planning.• Quarterly appraisal of my team to plan performance intervention plan where needed.• Consistently create marketing plans to counter all competitive activities in the territory while effectively managing promotional activities to drive incremental volume.• Keep an updated database of accounts within the territory, while ensuring once a quarter reviews of sales executives’ and van sales representatives’ journey plans to drive efficiency.

• Manage the retail redistribution scheme (RRS) to deliver 40% of territory’s volume target.• Responsible for the management of high value outlets to deliver distribution.• Weekly rendition of routes’ activity report to understand performance trends.• Manage promotional activities in select outlets to improve rate of sales.
