I have spent the last 25 years involved in the field of design engineering with a very strong emphasis on design for manufacturing. My design and manufacturing knowledge has given me the opportunity to lead design teams in the creation of new products in the medical device, FMGC, Consumer and industrial Electronics, Heating controls and Toy industries. This experience includes every stage of the product development cycle from Aesthetics and Ergonomics through to functional prototypes and managing the manufacture of Mould tooling and delivery of final product.I have worked in design roles in Australia the UK and China. This has led to considerable sourcing experience in China, India and Eastern Europe over the last 20 years.
