• I lead a small team that deliver effective management of Health and Safety across the Hadlow Group. This is a key management role within The Hadlow Group, I am responsible for ensuring that a safe, high quality.
• I provide comprehensive Health and Safety advice to the Executive, Senior Management, Managers and staff and ensure compliance in all areas.
• Regularly review Group policies, practices and procedures and amend or update them as needed.
• Update all existing records and procedures and generate new ones where necessary in regards to Health and Safety.
• Act as the organisation’s lead competent person for health and safety as defined by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
• Ensure the organisation complies with current health and safety legislation approved codes of practice and guidance in relation to employment and service provision.

Islington

I was employed as the Health and Safety manager for City and Islington College with responsibility for six sites spread out over a large area with over 11 000 staff and students. I develop and manage Health and Safety system to monitor performances across all sites. This includes accident reporting, recording and investigation, monthly Health and Safety.

I worked for EC Safety Solutions on a self-employed basis. The scope of work I undertook varied from carrying out inspections and audits on large construction sites such as the Olympic park, Westfield Shopping Centre and the Shard to general safety inspections in an office environment. I was responsible for carrying out inspections of all paper work.
