Change is good. It keeps us up to date, it helps us to remain flexible and most of all it clears away the dead wood.I always endeavour to improve myself; this I have achieved through regularly stepping out of my comfort zone. By increasing my knowledge, experience and skill base I can challenge my boundaries and deliver a higher level of expertise and maturity to my life and work roles. I always strive for continuous improvement through challenge and change both physically and mentally in both my personal and professional life. During my career I have been involved in both autonomous and in team environments. A recent example of this was in my role as Environmental Advisor, I worked as a team member and autonomously carried out our field work. My belief is that you not only have to listen, you have to hear people. I have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, providing advice to staff, management and the public. You have to be empathetic, if you aren't sure you have to ask questions.
