Reporting to the Clothing and Home MD and managing a team of 100. Responsible for leading the trading strategy and omnichannel operational plan. Identifying inventory risk and opportunities to ensure delivery of core KPIs and profitability. Accountable for the formulation of price and promotional plans, macro space, data science and analytics and transformation of business process and systems. Accountable for managing the Outlet P&L. Accountable for 9 months managing the Supply Chain function for both stores and online.

Director on the Board of M&S India, a joint venture with Reliance meeting 4 times per year to govern and support the executive team. Key responsibilities included strategy approval, property and capital investment decisions, group risk and mitigation, talent development and reviewing business performance. Also a member of the CSR Board

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, providing executive support from strategic development to day to day decision making. Providing insight, advice, briefing notes and action follow up. Handling extremely confidential matters and primary point of contact with Chairman, NEDs and Executive team.
