Led recruiting efforts for the Data Science team while working with Engineering leadership to improve the Data Science hiring process.

Formalized the Talent function at Citizen (while in Series A) by creating and implementing a structured interview process across Engineering and Product to build the early team.

Established the Technical Recruiting function in the NYC office and was subsequently promoted to lead the Talent Acquisition function across both technical and go-to-market roles, managing a team of 6, recruiting budget, and leading diversity and employer branding efforts.

Established a new Talent Acquisition department from the ground up, recruiting, training, and leading a global Talent Acquisition team that scaled the Cape Town office with technical talent by over 750% (from 8 to 65+) while continuing to meet recruiting goals for 2 US offices and the London office (totaling 81 hires).
