The scope of these projects included forklift tracking and direct integration with the customer’s WMS (Warehouse Management System) to eliminate manual product and location scanning, thereby providing productivity and inventory accuracy improvement. - Prepared and presented the statement of work and proposals for identified clients in conjunction with account management. Consulted with management and reviewed project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.
