As a former Business Information Systems student with a consistent first-class honours degree from Munster Technological University, I possess strong leadership and communication skills developed through my roles as a Student Union Projects Officer and Student Trainer with National Student Engagement Program (NStEP). My interests lie in the areas of business operations, financial technology, education, and business analytics. I have also gained valuable experience working as a Business Analyst at Accenture, where I worked directly with clients to implement MES and more recently PLM solutions, evaluated client requirements, and managed client data protection control validation for business/client interactions. During my internship at Clearstream Global Securities Services Ltd, I facilitated efficient trade operations by maintaining accurate trade details and addressing client queries in a prompt and professional manner.My additional work experience includes my role as a Student Trainer with NStEP, where I led training sessions for new class reps from various third-level institutions and co-chaired the Student Engagement Framework Project Team. This lead to the developent of "Steps to Partnership" a National framework for third level institutions to increase student engagement and partnership. This framework is now actively utilised by many of the top third level institutions in the country.
