Client Services Analyst IIIMercer HR Services/ Taft Hartley- Oversee client related recordkeeping and plan administration activities for 6 assigned Defined Contribution clients valued at over $80 million in assets. -Daily cash and share reconciliation of Plans including researching and balancing deposits and distributions. - Administer plans to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational policies.- Review and provide peer review of plan valuations, statements and reporting & testing to ensure accuracy.- Maintain client contact and provide problem resolution for assigned clients using verbal and written communication.- Prepare and review quarterly statements, invoices, valuations and trustee reports.- Maintain knowledge and facilitate completion of client reporting & testing requirements.- Interact with internal partners including but not limited to Relationship Management, Compliance, Product Support, Trust, Reporting & Testing, and Participant Services.-Process QDRO, death benefits, as well as loans and contributions to Clients' 401(k) Plans.
