Currently managing 3 primary roles:Defence Trainer Supervisor. Managing the development of 5 defence trainers, with the aim to improve the training standards of the department. I also undertake Internal Validation and provide constructive feedback to all Contractor delivered training courses to improve the quality of the training provided and provide assurance to Command that training provided is fit for purposes and fulfils the contract.Utilising constructive feedback, course monitoring, listening and mentoring skills.Training Administrator. Managing the budget for the JEWOSC and ASWC training departments. I control the budget, plan the annual expenditure and procure of all training for the JEWOSC and ASWC at RAF Waddington. Utilising close working relationships with Finance and Commercial teams, financial skills, audit techniques, procurement, Contract Management and industry liaison.Defence Trainer for Thurbon and Defence Workplace Training courses. Instructing the Thurbon Overview course and Instructing/Mentoring on the Defence Workplace Trainer courses.

Analysing Laser Weapon and Optical system capability for populating the Defence Electronic Warfare Database and NEDB.
