I am a transformational HR leader with deep experience serving clients across a range of HR areas. As a partner at EY, I aim to bring passion to the HR and talent space where I lead and engage with dynamic EY and client teams to solve major business challenges. My experiences range across a variety of major clients in the following industries: Aerospace and Defense, Professional Services, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Public Sector and Transit. Over the course of my career, I have helped a variety of HR functions to improve how they operate and also tackle some of their greatest challenges related to service delivery, people, process, data and technology. I am proud that my teams have helped our clients to not only solve these challenges but also to realize the tangible benefits associated with change. I also really enjoy watching the HR technology market innovate and working with my clients to identify and successfully implement the solutions that best support their needs. I also bring rich experiences helping HR functions to navigate significant events such as transactions and major compliance developments. In these spaces, my teams helped with organization and talent planning, risk management and managing compliance requirements. I have found that my foundation, both in study and practice, of accounting and audit topics has proved to be influential throughout my career. Specifically, this foundation has been useful with HR and people risk management and internal audit topics. I enjoy speaking at events on a variety of HR topics ranging from the future of work to HR functional topics. I also have shared leading practices through contributions to a number of white papers; most recently with regard to the an A&D workforce whitepaper and another related to adaptive skills.
