 To develop the Good Food Academy training content at Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels To deliver training modules to franchisees and team members  Manage the administration of the Good Food Academy Develop and maintain on line learning Good Food modules Coach and support Business Development Managers to improve their skills and knowledge of Good Food requirements Develop and implement Good Food workplace assessments Work collaboratively with other Corporate Trainers to ensure consistency across all academies Provide training support to Marketing Team with national promotions as requested Collate and review workplace assessments Provide training to New Franchisees Assist with food preparation and educating new franchisees during Corporate Education To maintain the integrity of The Coffee Club brand and franchise system at all times Positively represent and support the Brand, Franchise System and Corporate Office at all times To manage the Good Food Awards annually To achieve stated objectives including budgets and benchmarking  Complete Monthly reports Complete and present quarterly on achievement of KPIs and academy progress Ensure alignment with internal policy and procedures and all laws and regulationsPromote and utilizing all manuals of The Coffee Club.
