This employment involved the daily opening and closing tasks associated with operating a food establishment. Delivering food off-site and offering all customers the best possible customer service, both in and out of the store. Daily Duties included dishwashing, cooking and baking, preparing work surfaces and supplies, cleaning equipment, communicating with staff and customers, ordering food and supplies, and doing routine custodial duties.

Execute safe, efficient and courteous loading and unloading of guests into snow tubes / lifts.•Check guest lift passes to ensure authorized to use resort services.•Monitor and control traffic flow on tubing hill / designated lanes.•Prior to sending tubes down the hill, instruct riders on how to use proper positions and stop. Check to ensure all straps and rings are inside tube.•Watch as tubes move to base of hill, moving guests out of area to avoid collision. Slow down or stop tubers moving too fast.•Maintain safe levels of snow and ensure tubing lanes / lift stations are free of hazards.

Performed lifeguard and recreational aide duties in accordance with National Park Service requirements at three locations, Milford Beach, PA. Smithfield Beach, PA. & Turtle Beach, NJ.

Performed lifeguard duties and interacted with patrons in areas of swimming in pools and lakes, administering first aid as needed.
