I have been involved within the real estate industry for almost 40 years, having practiced as a third generation Realtor/Appraiser in both Northern and Western, New Jersey. The family firm was established in 1947 and operated as general real estate office operating in Bogota, NJ and then in Hackensack NJ (circa 1963), I joined the firm in 1984 at the age of 18, primarily working out of our third office in Sussex County, specilizing in land sales for modular construction, secondary lakeside homes and rural farm sales. Throughout most of the 1990's I managed the Bogota office and was instrumential in the acquisition of The Prudential Franchise. In the 2,000's we turned our attention to commercial site brokerage which included site assembelage for banks and drug stores. In addition to brokerage, I have been a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in both New Jersey and New York since the 1980's, completeing thousands of appraisals for fee clients. The firm completes evaluations for all types of real estate including shopping centers, large industrial complexes, apartment buildings as well as residential properties.
