He possesses a diverse, in-the-trenches municipal services background of more than 35 years in four states, including nearly ten years as the Township Manager of Upper Leacock Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In his over ten years at RETTEW, Mr. Gabriel has provided interim municipal manager and zoning officer services on numerous occasions to multiple clients.
