Over 35 years as experienced real estate attorney with a specialty in cooperative, condominium and homeowner association law. I also have extensive experience in leasing, construction agreements and sales/ acquisitions (both residential and commercial) and landlord/tenant matters, particularly in Westchester County. I have personally handled hundreds of coop and condo purchases and related due diligence issues throughout the NY metropolitan area.I have represented numerous coop, condo and HOA Boards over the years. I have also represented developers in preparing condominium offering plans and amendments. I formerly served as an Assistant Attorney General and Section Chief in the Real Estate Financing Bureau of the NYS Attorney General.
