Currently head of performance at Canyon Sram Women's World Tour Cycling team, ranked 2nd in the World Tour Rankings in 2023. Roles involve coaching and all areas of performance from nutrition, analytics analysis, team management, working with a multi discipline team to help world leading athletes perform the best of their ability.

Zwift Academy is an annual event that serves two purposes. First, it’s a global training program for cyclists of all levels. Secondly, it’s a worldwide talent ID competition which has placed multiple riders onto WorldTour teams.

SEVEN Gravel race is part of the UCI Gravel World Series and has been the largest event in this global series in 2022 and 2023. I worked alongside my colleagues in CyclingEventures from June 2017 in the set up, development and delivery of Australia's biggest gravel event.

My role was to head the route operations of Australia's largest amateur stage race. I was to develop new strategy to enhance rider experience and to integrate closed roads and community engagement into the event. With over 1000 riders competing across 18 categories on 4 stages and 3 days, the event is the biggest in Australia. Head of operations prior to the event and then overall race director of the race during the 3 days of the event from November 2017 to present.

Cycling/Triathlon/Endurance Sport Coaching Company based in UK and Ireland

Delivering data analytics for media outlets within professional cycling. Working on major cycling events such at the Giro d'Italia, Milan-San Remo, Tour of Lombardy. This involved delivering rider data to live television broadcasts and working to enhance cycling spectator experiences.

Assisting with brand exposure and developement for this new technology. Helping to make cycling safer and more enjoyable and increasing the global reach of this new brand within the cycling industry.

The Gran Fondo Giro d'Italia Northern Ireland was a legacy event from the Giro d'Italia race which visited Northern Ireland in 2014. My role to to develop a route and then develop strategies to deliver a global mass participation event in Northern Ireland. With over 200km of roads and nearly 6,000 participants my role was to make a safe and secure route, working with local agencies and authorities along with hundreds of volunteers to assit with the event.

I worked for the West Australian Tourist board to assist in the delivery of the UCI World Gran Fondo Cycling Championships which where held in Perth, West Australia in September 2016. My role was to represent the TWA (Tourism West Australia) within the race organisation to make sure the event was held to a world class standard and that the event represented and reflected the professionalism of TWA and the community in West Australia. My role was to assist in the overall delivery of the event and coordinate between public and private bodies to maximize the competitor experience and deliver a safe and successful event.

I was part of the sales team who brought leading American Cycling clothing compnany, Pactimo, to the UK and Ireland. My job was to develop the online website and to enhance brand awarness within the UK and Ireland along with recruiting custom cloting representatives to work with clubs and organisations to bring sales and meet targets.

I was the technichal director and head of operations for the 'Big Start' Giro d'Italia in 2014 in Belfast Northern Ireland. My role was to work with and represent RCS Sport in Ireland for the 3 days of the Giro d'Italia in May 2014. I assisted with route development, community engagment, traffic managment and recruting and training over 2,000 volunteers to work along side police and goverments bodies. This was the largest ever event in Northern Ireland
