The stages are fully soundproofed, and each are provided with air conditioning, extraction fans, fixed steel grids, catwalks, and three phase power supplies. The stage facilities are supported by a large workshops, capable of being further sub-divided, with ancillary office accommodation. The complex is located within a secure compound, with dedicated car parking and service vehicle access, and sufficient space to allow for outdoor filming and set construction. Both the complex and compound are fully DDA compliant. -

The building encloses landscaped courtyards at various levels. FM service yards, pharmacy entrance and a drop off area to day care with extensive landscaping to the perimeter of the building. -
