In 1984, I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck-Hackensack campus with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Shortly thereafter, I pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering management at NJIT, Newark, NJ, where I graduated in 1991. During the course of my career, I have developed a strong background in Electronics Manufacturing and Test, Project Managment and Operations Support. As of 2/20/18, I have 34 years of experience in the Defenese Electronics Industry. I have had the opportunity to lead numerous projects for a wide variety of Programs and Technologies. At Singer Kearfott, circa 1985, I served as a key Production Engineer on the Ring Laser Gyro production effort. There I became well versed in the fields of Optical Alignment, Plasma Cleaning Technology, Rate Tables and extreme thermal testing of RLG's for R&D and Production. In 1995, I moved to BAE Systems in Wayne, NJ where I originally served as a test developer in the Receiving Inspection Department. Tests supported RF components and Memory Devices on an Integrated Measurement System. In addition to technical responsibilities there, I was deeply involved with following up with RF commodity suppliers to resolve quality issues. For the last 12 years, I have served as a Project Engineer, designing, integrating and supporting Operations Test Equipment. This includes, serving as the project lead on many tasks, quoting labor and material, managing budgets and controlling projects from inception to deployment. At both Kearfott and BAE Systems, my positions demand a constant need to keep pace with changing technology, require a high degree of accountability and flexibility.
