• Motivate and coach team members to achieve personal and business objectives.• Update Site Manager on progress towards contractual obligations and planned activities for improvement.• Deputise for Site Manager in their absence.• Conduct regular performance reviews with staff.• Accurately record and maintain IT files, produce accurate and timely management information.• Liase closely with all relevant parties to ensure service levels and contractual obligations are maintained. • Monitor own progress towards business and individual objectives.

• To manage a caseload of unemployed clients on a one to one and group basis.• Support unemployed clients in job search, job matching and sustainability of employment.• To identify and coordinate a range of recruitment and selection strategies to secure employment.• To promote initiatives to internal and external customers through marketing activities. • Overcoming barriers and objections, and providing accurate information on welfare benefits, local labour market conditions.
