With over 30 years of experience in finance and export-focused economic development, I have seamlessly transitioned into my true passion: Sport Governance, Leadership Development, and Strategy. For the past 15 years, I have specialized in facilitating transformative workshops and initiatives for sport organizations both locally and internationally. My facilitation expertise has been sought by leading entities both in New Zealand and overseas.In addition to my consultancy work, I lecture at the tertiary level in sport governance, leadership, marketing, and finance, where I facilitate the learning experience for the next generation of leaders in the sport industry.My results come from strong facilitation skills, over 30 years adult education experience, mentoring skills, and a real passion to see an organisation/individual achieve their full potential.
