Responsible for managing the Telegraph's long established Financial Services business that is currently delivering a significant proportion of the Telegraph's groups annual profit. Specialising in products and services predominantly aimed at High Net Worth individuals at, near or actually in retirement.Specifically I was responsible for re engineering the existing business from a traditional media enterprise into becoming a respected leading affinity partnership business.Delivered significant growth in terms of customer interactions, sales and revenue that has resulted in doubling the embedded life time revenue.Initiated a programme stabilising and growing the long established partnerships whilst successfully launching and establishing a range number of new partnerships and services.Re launched and branded the business 'Telegraph Money'.More recent initiatives have included a greater focus on digital sales including the redesign of the entire web journey along with a move to capture a non Telegraph audience through PPC and SEM marketing, that has resulting in a significant increase in digital sales and revenue as a proportion of total sales revenue.

Responsible for managing a team of 12 Financial Consultants, meeting sales targets, ensuring compliance and quality measures were maintained.
