• User training - As a senior field service technician i am responsible for performing end user training on use of newly installed AVI and video conferencing systems.
• Technician training - As a senior field service technician i have trained a number of trainee technicians currently constructing a week long course to be deployed nationally through out Telstra to train TSD technicians.
• Video conferencing - While working with Telstra Ivision i have worked with and installed replacement video conferencing infrastructure including Cisco/Tandberg MCUs, Tandberg express ways.

• Fault Diagnostics– As a Service technician I am responsible for diagnosing and resolving all problems that may arise in AV equipment from various venders.
• Preventative maintenance– As a part of the service role I was also responsible for organizing and conducting routine inspections on AV equipment to ensure continued system operation with minimal downtime.
