Philadelphia 2035 was about foresight strategy and helped the City of Philadelphia’s audit on resource management to provide a blueprint for public and private investment resulting in an activated community and positioning of Philadelphia on a national and global scale.

- Led design and vision for 1601 North Broad Street, a multi-building 750,000 SF mixed-use student   housing development at Temple University- Designed REVEL Casino Market Place experience, a 6,000 SF market including a teaching kitchen   and multi-vendor service and dining area

- Collaborated with MGA Partners and U3 Ventures to envision SoBro Village, a full city-block  redevelopment into a 24/7 live/play/learn/work activity destination in Philadelphia- Produced materials for stakeholder presentations including city leaders and investment partners- Coordinated with key personnel to determine solution strategies for institutional projects at   University of Pennsylvania and University of Arts

- Curated design and strategic development of large scale student and market-rate housing   projects; including a public-private partnered development combining a student housing tower   and public housing townhomes on a single site- Drafted and finalized marketing content for presentations, awards, and public installations

- Worked with a team charged with repurposing and renovating the 30th Street Post Office for   Brandywine Realty Trust. The project was an 860,000 sq ft renovation that involved the restoration   of the historical post office lobby and the repurposing of the building for the IRS.
