As part of the clergy team at Bath Abbey I am responsible for:Overseeing the outward facing role of the Abbey in the city, working with other churches, education, business, tourism, local authority.Overseeing exhibitions at the Abbey, permanent and temporary.Overseeing Christian learning and discipleship, including youth.Overseeing Communications and Interpretation of the Abbey to visitors.Developing links with partner churches in the city and more widely.

As a parish priest my primarly responsibilites were:Leading a team in discerning & taking forward vision and strategy.Maintaining prayer and listening to God in the heart of leadership.Managing a busy team of clergy, staff and volunteers.Teaching and training, encouraging a whole-of-life understanding of discipleship.I was Area Dean of Fareham for 5 yrs, strenthening shared working and helping the Deanery become more visionary and strategic.
