As a Lead technical support engineer with the team, I help resolve technical issues, both software and hardware in regard to devices such as computers, classic and smart POS and machines such as card printers, document printers and note counters.

Operations Director.•Perform day-to-day mobile phone repair tasks, ensuring that all tasks are done on time and safety regulations are adhered to.•Customer service is extremely important in mobile phone repair industry, my role is to ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved.•As the operation manager and it is my responsibility to ensure that performance is monitored and feedback are provided at regular intervals. •As a co-director of the company I prepare, revise and analyze reports, budgets and other documentation as required and together with my co-director we establish strategies to increase customer base. .•I implement quality management and other regulatory compliance strategies such as operational licenses, in line with the mobile phone repair workshop•Daily monitor parts inventories and restocking.•Interact with repair supplies service center coordinators in support of repair and product support needs•Pull additional resources when required to establish growth of the business.Mobile Phone Repair Technician•Develop receipt books and work instructions for standard repair type.•Develop and trouble shoot faulty phone, smartphone and tablets.•Complete all repairs as to maintain high quality repairs of consumer cell phones•Determine parts to be replaced.•Provide technical support for troubleshooting all RF failures to component level. Set up I C replacement process using BGA machine to replace defective parts.•Test and validate Software Re-flash tools to update Software Bin file on wireless handsets for all different Carriers. This also includes loading a customized provisioning file on wireless handsets.•Test and validate Functional Test tools to determine failure symptoms and validate proper functionality of wireless handsets.•Ensure that all pertinent repair and testing tools and appliances are in proper working condition

Mobile Phone Repair Technician.•Perform routine inspection, testing, and repair of phones and other mobile devices. •Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers•Accurately document repairs and parts information on repair tracking documents / work orders.•Perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of mobile electronic devices: phones/tablets•Monitor parts inventories and inform management of status.Interact with customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service.•Keeps work space area clean and observe safety standards•Performs other duties as required by management, including cleaning of work areas and office environment.

Mobile Phone Technician.•Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment•Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices•Provide recommendations for problem resolution •Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner•Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers•Utilize the repair book to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair•Ensure that all repairs are done on time and meet or exceed the laid down quality standards•Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing quality customer service.•Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock while providing sale support of mobile phones and accessories.•Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store•Any other duties as assigned
