The Performance Director contributes to Power Train’s success by leading daily site operations, driving sales and marketing efforts and creating a supportive and competitive, results-based environment for our clients and coaches to succeed. In addition, the Performance Director is responsible to drive performance results and achieve successful outcomes through consistent business development, community outreach, operational excellence and client retention efforts. The Performance Director is also responsible for staffing the facility and leading and developing a team of high performing coaches motivated to exceed our clients expectations.Position ObjectivesLead and inspire all team members to deliver performance results that exceed our clients and team members expectationsDrive performance results that exceed the company’s sales and revenue expectationsMotivate and support Performance Coaches and Fitness Instructors to ensure that they successfully execute on all daily sales and new business development activitiesCreate opportunities to grow client count through high quality interactions and creative training sessions designed to drive membership growth and retentionBuild and develop high performing teams focused on creating a quality experience for our clients and athletesCoordinate and lead team in daily marketing efforts designed to drive interest and traffic to your location

- Worked directly under CEO to develop business growth and manage all business operations with locations in 5 different cities and over 50 employees.- Conduct all business operations (aside from accounting) to follow the business’ vision and purpose while making profitable business decisions.- Responsible for building and managing a team that covers website functionality, customer service, marketing, retail merchandising, employee relations, scheduling, business partnerships, networking, fitness/race expos for exposure, managing Member database and payments, and day to day operations down to the details of the daily training programs.- Coordinated and negotiated large speaking engagements, corporate wellness programs, and corporate/athletic team building events nationwide.
