Biography of Stephen C. GoffLSU graduate with a BS in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. Currently, I work in the Baton Rouge area to be close to EmberClear's devleopment in Natchez, Mississippi. The project converts natural gas into gasoline and LPGs. We are in the advanced stages of permitting and development. Prior to joining EmberClear, I returned to my home town to to work on the Faustina Hydrogen Products (FHP) project in Donaldsonville, LA for US TransCarbon. I have over 20 years of experience in project development and project finance. I have worked on several projects in varied roles, including: lead developer, co-developer, economic analyst and financier. I have also worked on mergers and acquisitions of individual plants and portfolios of Independent Power Producers. While at FPL Energy, I was the lead developer for a 1,900 MW natural gas fired power plants and is one of the largest natural gas plants in the world. FPLE is one of the largest wind power producers in the United States.My focus has been to generate the greatest amount of product while leaving the smallest foot print possible. FHP will be one of the cleanest chemical plants in the world (if not the cleanest) and it will also be one of the first to capture virtually all of its CO2 emissions.
