The SGP includes +600 CSG wells, which will bring ~300TJ/d of gas to market over 27 years. Arrow’s full Surat Gas Project will include up to 2,500 new wells. Employed as an E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Technician for CSU (Commissioning and Start-up) works on CSG wellsites, key role responsibilities include:✅ CSU (Commissioning and Start-up) of pressure, flow and temperature transmitters, as well as positioners, controllers, analogue software, serial communications and network devices, safety critical and control valves, SCADA, VSD’s, RTU’s, ESD’s, DB’s, CB’s, transformers, switchgear, and intrinsically safe and SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cables)✅ Completing detailed risk assessments to identify and control hazards, maintaining diligent compliance with all safe work systems to ensure Zero Harm to people, the equipment and the environment, and holding meaningful safety interactions to raise awareness and enhance overall site safety culture (and same for all roles listed below)✅ Completing ITR’s (Inspection and Test Records), QA/QC of punch listed items, compilation and verification of dossiers, and redlining or greenling drawings✅ Reading and interpreting data sheets, loop drawings, P&ID’s, schematics and AS/NSZ 3000, 3017 and/or 60079 standards✅ Verification, approval and installation of safe isolations in compliance with PTW systems, and de-isolations✅ Glanding and termination of multicore, instrumentation and power cables (including SWA glands).
