I'm always keeping an eye on our NPS & CSAT scores, because keeping our clients happy and loyal is what it's all about.Communication is key in my role, especially when it comes to keeping our VP in the loop with any account changes that might impact our revenue. This openness helps us make informed decisions that keep us moving forward. When challenges pop up, I'm there to facilitate discussions across different departments, turning potential hurdles into opportunities for us to grow stronger together. Identifying any issues, brainstorming strategies, and fine-tuning our operations are all in a day's work. It's about making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.Some personal wins I'm really proud of include:•Being promoted from account director to senior account director thanks to my dedication and efforts to grow our client base.•Leading a talented team of nine and optimizing our annual platform spending to $19.2M.•Enhancing client engagement and retention by keeping a close eye on crucial metrics and working closely with our sales team to strategize effectively.•Spearheaded team of 20 members in total to upgrade professional skills through effective training sessions.•Creating a supportive and collaborative environment that empowers our team and boosts productivity.•Leading the charge in adopting new processes and products, ensuring everyone's on board and supported.•Staying ahead of legal matters, making sure we're all up to speed on ad content policies and online advertising laws.
