The IFFCMH serves as the state representative of the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health (2018 National Federation Grassroots Advocacy award). IFFCMH also serves as the SAMHSA funded Statewide Family Network for Idaho (2018 National FREDLA award). The IFFCMH offers multiple opportunities for parents and youth to receive support and participate in educational programs throughout the state designed to help families become better informed and stronger self advocates. Programs are also offered through social media sites, webpages, webinars and on-line discussion groups.
