• To deliver BT Solutions contracts to agreed financial and customer service targets.
• To be responsible and accountable for delivering the contracts’ Revenue, Value Add, and P&L from contract signature through to contract completion.
• To be the main BT Solutions representative with the channel, managing the associated contracts to meet the requirements of the client and the commercial, strategic and tactical objectives of BT Solutions.
• To manage and develop the direct and virtual teams to maximise the revenue and profit opportunities for BT Solutions from the existing contract base, such that BT Solutions becomes the partner of choice.
