Was an audit manager of the Wells Fargo Trust operations that had grown from 10 Billion in Assets to 80 Million in Assets held in trust due to the inventor a security called the S & P 500 Investment Unit that gained significant popularity with major investment advisers, pension funds, brokerages and banks that needed to investment in stable funds between the times funds were re-directed to achieve strategic objectives of the various trusts, pension funds, banks and brokerage firms.

Auditor of the Pacific Stock Exchange with audit responsibilities for the exchange's activities. The Exchange processed approximately $1 Trillion in transactions per year & held $50 Billion in securities for Brokers & Banks of Western US. While working at the Exchange, I & my wife (born in China & raised in Hong Kong) traveled as private citizens to China where I collaborated with a lawyer with the law firm headed by Warren Christopher (Secretary of State) Through the efforts of promoting a concept to establish a stock exchange in Shanghai, China to the Pacific Stock Exchange Sr. Management, the exchange's Bd. of Directors & Chinese Officials, the seeding process succeed. The Shanghai Exchange started in the mid-1980's with six (6) stocks listed & has subsequently grown to a major international exchange Also during that period of time I did the initial work to have the chief auditors of each of the US and Canadian stock exchanges to meet annually & develop approaches to exchanging information, discussing audit issues common to each of the Exchanges Clearing Ops and Depositories, The securities transactions of the group exceeded $20 Trillion per year. Assets on deposit were in excess of $3 Trillion. I developed working relationships with the various regulatory entities that monitored the activities of the Exchange (Federal Reserve Bank, SEC). As result of my experiences at the Exchange & experience gained after departing, I pursued an effort via a recommendation from South Carolina (where my family lived) Rep. Spratt to be head of the SEC. It was my contention that there needed to be improved communication between the various types of exchanges to re-vamp the regulatory environment to recognize that the securities markets had become commoditized and needed much different approaches to regulatory monitoring and trading controls. I also sited my championing a Stock Market in China.that has now become a major participant in the World Markets.

Upon leaving Ernst & Young I held a variety of financial management positions through out the San Francisco Bay Area. These included: Auditor working for Kaiser Aetna (a Private REIT owned by Kaiser Industries & Aetna Life Insurance) with real estate holdings approaching $1 Billion. Auditor working for an INA subsidiary that specialized in providing monitoring of assets held as collateral for material loans for public & private companies. Auditor,Financial Analyst & Controller for Kaiser Companies & Kaiser Steel working on various projects & activities of a Fortune 500 company having diverse international operations that included Steel, Coal, Iron Ore, Shipping, Steel Mill operations, Fabrication & Erection of steel structures such as pipelines, oil drilling platforms, plastic manufacturing operations, etc. Chief Auditor of Arcata Corporation a Fortune 500 company having approximately $1 Billion in revenues derived from Forestry products, printing products & related. Inventory Manager of a Subsidiary of Xerox Corporation that manufactured Daisy Wheel printers. Cash Manager of an International Water Purification company own by the French National Water Company (Companie General Eau) that constructed water purification systems for Nuclear Power Plants, Naval Ships, The country of Malta, Saudi Arabia water purification operations in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. CFO of Codesign a company that held the patents associated with the invention of Flat Screen Technologies in the early and mid 1980's. Worked with a team of family members to evaluate the purchase of Kaiser Steel Operations for a Hong Kong Co. (Chung Wai Engineering & Shipbuilding) who per company literature build 80% of the high rise buildings in Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Shanghai Bank, & various Fabricating & Erection projects in various parts of East Asia. Worked with lawyer from O'Melnvy & Myers to begin the process of purchasing an American manufacturing operations for these family friends from Hong Kong.

Worked on the audit staff on accounts such as Intel, Lockheed Missiles and Space, Reserve Oil and Gas, Thiokol, Cabot and Forbes, Data Disc and a number of other Bay Area clients
