Stephen is an experienced executive with a track record of over 25 years in strategy development, design and implementation, project and program management consultancy and delivery, major systems implementation, capital works and event management, always with a focus on exceeding client expectations.Stephen has gained extensive experience in projects for both the public and private sectors in Australia, the UK and Europe, across engagements that have often been extremely time critical and entailed politically or publicly sensitive operations.Through all of his engagements, Stephen has consistently demonstrated excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills across a diverse range of client groups, has developed key skills in the effective engagement of stakeholders at all levels and has consistently demonstrated that delivery with clients at the centre ultimately provides the optimal outcomes.Following an extensive career in the consulting arena, with organisations such as DMR Consulting and Deloitte Australia, Stephen spent a year back in the UK providing project management services to LOCOG, the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. On return to Australia Stephen’s career has included roles with Target, ShineWing Australia, Presence of IT, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and most recently genU.
