Reporting to the Chief Executive.Executive responsibility for Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Workplace Health & Safety, Workers Compensation and Payroll.

Representing Delta before Industrial tribunals including Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales (NSWIRC) and Fair Work Commission (FWC), including advocacy, investigation and preparation of cases, and briefing legal counsel.Negotiating with Delegates, Unions NSW and Unions on industrial issues, disputes and Enterprise Agreements.Coordinate industrial relations matters to ensure consistency and compliance with legislation, the Enterprise Agreement and related policies. Provide expert advice, support and direction to Business Units and the Executive on employee relations matters.Provide expert advice and disseminate information in relation to best practice employee relations, the interpretation of Awards, Agreements and Legislation.Develop and maintain corporate policies, standards and procedures in industrial relations and general HR related matters so that information is up to date.Develop and coach Delta staff in the management of workplace relations
