Mr. Guttmann graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance in1980. In 1983, Stephen M. Guttmann obtained his juris doctorate at Cumberland School of Law. Hehas been a member of the Florida Bar since 1983, and, in July 2001, Mr. Guttmann was admitted as an attorney and counselor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and in 1990 was admitted to the United States District Court. His range of practice covers areas of probate (state-wide), foreclosure collections, elder law, guardianship, landlord/tenant issues, corporation formation, and general civil litigation.
