• Implemented IFRS15 in the NI region. This included creating an IFRS15 financial model, handbook, and managing the month-end process. Informing senior management of the IFRS15 impact on the numbers, past, present, and future including the Finance Director.• Created official NI Networks (NI Openreach) revenue trades documentation to meet Ofcom requirements.
