• Completed a finance team build-out including 4 sub-departments (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Treasury Ops) to enable ownership, improve reporting, and team skills development.
• Transformed the financial framework by restructuring the company. Complete management and close out of all accounting for month-end.
• Investor reporting to institutional investors and transformation of the investor portfolio model, to improve the flow of information to external stakeholders.
• Creation of a budget, departmentally segregated, on both accounting and cash basis for a 24-month forward view, calculating the operational cash funding needs of the business providing the cash runway.
• Managed the finance function through US$ loan book growth of 4x, US$ revenue growth of 7x, volume of daily business transaction growth of around 10x, and increased supplier volumes of 15x.

• Implemented IFRS15 in the NI region. This included creating an IFRS15 financial model, handbook, and managing the month-end process. Informing senior management of the IFRS15 impact on the numbers, past, present, and.
• Created official NI Networks (NI Openreach) revenue trades documentation to meet Ofcom requirements. Including reporting documents, process flows and a risk log.
• Liaised with Group insurance to process insurance claims regarding past storm damage to the network. Calculated the financial aftermath and provided supporting evidence in a usable format.
