Research the latest industrial methods to effect controls for all pollutants of interest with respect to the subject facility. Analyze control costs to establish which methods shall be used to meet the permit limits for each emissions unit. Form a working relationship with facility personnel to quickly find solutions to their air pollution control parameters. Create a legal and functional permit for air pollution control that is acceptable to both the DEQ and the client.
