Stephen has over thirty years’ experience in the AEC industry and has enjoyed a wide and varied career focused on Civil / Structural / multi-disciplinary activities ranging from CAD Management, to the preparation of general arrangement drawings, reinforced concrete and structural steelwork detailing as well as the inspection of structures. For the last fifteen of his career he has been involved in various Building Information Modelling (BIM) Technologies using various platforms including Revit, Microstation, Bentley Structural and Triforma, alongside multi-disciplinary coordination packages Solibri and Navisworks.Some notable projects across his career include: North Zealand Hillerod Hospital, Queensferry Crossing, Yas Island Ferrari Theme Park, London Luton Airport expansion, International departure Lounge redevelopment at Gatwick Airport North Terminal, the New Byre Theatre at St Andrews, Lomond Shores Visitor Attraction, the Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) in Glasgow, and most recently the roof at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.He has wide experience in the use of AutoCAD from as early as Release 10 which he used as far back as 1989, as well as the use of R.C. Detailing packages such as CADS-RC and CAD-Rebar. He also has experience in detailing structural steelwork for fabrication, processing, parts listing and erection purposes.
