Since before I graduated high school, I have been serving others. I worked in my grandparents Sears store and learned that helping others is what I love. I have been everything from a customer service representative to an owner of my own business and all jobs in between. I've won awards for my sales accomplishments and entrepreneurship including the Small Business Development Rising Star Award and Small Business of the Year. The three main companies I have worked for in my life all promoted me within 60 days of hiring me because of my self-motivated work ethic and an attitude that makes everything about the customer.My communication styles are very effective and team friendly. I am assertive with mostly spirited communication and rounded off with a systematic approach. Recognizing the communication styles of others and adapting to them is my strongest attribute. This has allowed me to communicate openly and freely with many that others had difficulty with. I live in the now while recognizing the benefits for thinking long term.I love my family, golf and baseball as a way to step away from work to rest my mind.
